Puzzle Description:

Hi, I'm BLBoo. My Daddy is Grudunza and he showed me how to make a puzzle here. I designed this myself.

Adam...how do you know it's not the northern lights?

Well, it could be. Those could be ice floes.

Quite good. I've seen some adult puzzles that are not nearly as good. Thanks for the work.

Nice puzzle, Becca. I'm glad you let your Daddy help you. That was fun to solve. :-)

Good job BLBoo :)

I agree, a fun puzzle! :-) It's pretty easy, but it's a fun image. Well done, BLBoo!

It occurs to me that my kids have never seen an actual natural rainbow. I haven't seen one myself in the last 20 years. What does one do about that? People chase tornadoes, don't they chase rainbows too?

Start going outside when the rain stops, as long as the sun is still out. :D

That is tragic, Jan. Is it the climate in Minnesota?

Maybe you can make your own rainbow: Wait until summertime, a nice clear, sunny afternoon, very late when the sun is low in the sky, and turn on the sprinkler in the yard, facing east.

Or jump in the car and drive out here to Arizona this weekend. The weather person said we will have a little rain coming our way. We have some beautiful rainbows here:

I guess I just don't spend that much time outdoors, plus there isn't usually much of a horizon around here, what with big trees everywhere. The only rainbows I've ever seen were over lakes or farm fields. Most places I hang out, you wouldn't be able to see a rainbow even if one formed.

Pretty! :)

Nice puzzle, specially if it was the first one made by a 7 years old.
It is a good example for grown people posting nonsense puzzles.

Jan, you should buy a prism (diamond rings also work nicely) and make your own rainbows indoors. I remember watching the rainbows on the wall when the afternoon sun caught a little stained-glass window hanging that we had.
