Puzzle Description:

It's all Greek to me.

I'm going through old puzzles, and I just hit a series of flags. I thought, there's no reason the Greek flag should be created in a huge 32x60 format, when it retains all of its Greekness in a 9x14 size.

Also, I apologize if this is identical to any other puzzles, since I was probably not the first to do this.

I've got to say, with how easy most flag puzzles are, this is how you do it. It's small, and it's got some great lead up to the reveal.

Nice puzzle!

Kibbeh and hummus are not greek though. How about some tzatziki and feta instead? :)

I didn't say they were Greek :D I was saying that talking about Greece makes me hungry for those dishes. That particularly stems from my time living in southern Louisiana. There is a surprisingly large Lebanese population down there. My first college roommate (randomly assigned) was of Lebanese descent. As a result of all that, I was regularly found at a number of great restaurants in Baton Rouge that were either "Greek/Lebanese", "Greek" but were influenced by Lebanese or one that was strictly "Lebanese." So, yeah, "Greece" makes me hungry for kibbeh and hummus as well as dolmas....and for that matter tzatziki and feta...and spanokopita, moussaka, etc, etc. :D

Even though i don't live in Louisiana any more, I still do get good authentic Greek Greek food because my brother-in-law is from Chania and one of my best friends is from Thessaloniki :D

Haha fair enough David :D

As a Greek expat living in EU myself, I am yet to find a proper Greek restaurant here. It's usually more of a "Mediterranean Cuisine" kind of thing. Not bad, of course, but hey, "white block salad cheese" is not Feta :D

I guess I'm a bit homesick.

Please allow me to extend a "geia xara" to your BIL and best friend! Crete and Thessaloniki both know how to do food and strong friendships!

You sound a little like me; on the hunt for good Tex-Mex in eastern Tennessee!
...and picky about what is and isn't Tex-Mex :D
