Wow, is it too late to add the dominance of the gene for six fingers? It'd be perfect for this puzzle.... It's a good illustration of the difference between dominance and prevalence; six fingers is dominant, but it's a rare gene.... I had always wished I'd been born with (and left to keep) six fingers. Actually, when the title revealed, my perverse mind read the top right as a goat head (a symbol of the devil) bottom right as a flame, and the odd hand reminiscent of the Lu Cypher character in Angel Heart, one of my favorite movies.
