I shouldn't bother, but to the 1-rater...very few pixels used to create a very recognizable and artistic pic that isn't too simple and yet a fun solve. what more could you ask for?

Cartoon pics is my guess to the rhetorical Q...whatever, I'm proud of this puzz all the same
#11: Susan Duncan (medic25733) on May 11, 2014
As you should be
#12: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 12, 2014

#13: Kristen Vognild (kristen) on May 12, 2014
Beautiful--they just look like splotches until the picture is finished. :)

and that's part of the genius in it. I've made a lot a lot of puzzles, and this one is my new fav(of my own). even if the reg user doesn't "get it", this one is a work of art on several diff levels. only a creator might understand. Glad you like it, K! it's a new look for me, and if you haven't guessed, I'm very proud of it. my best one, of 560 puzzles. I think so, anyway. But apparently what I see and value in a puzzle is much much diff than most.

#15: Norma Dee (norm0908) on May 12, 2014
It is truly a work of art, Kurt. And there are those that don't understand this. They probably just solve and don't create.
#16: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on May 12, 2014
gotcha....idk, N. I came back for a sec.you think these solvers appreciate our efforts? I've got no problem getting back to my busy life.

some things stay the same, some change. heard from Adam/bugaboo in the last months? I rather liked him. anything else new? what's changed on the downhill?

Sometimes I think we should do away with the ratings and just be satisfied with the comments. They keep saying it will "average" out but there is usually not a huge number of raters and puzzles that deserve a 5 will never get there as one low rating can pull down the average quite a bit.
#18: Kurt Kowalczyk (bahabro) on May 12, 2014
ah, forget ratings for a sec...and idk that the average rater would even think of giving this a 5(since you said it). I just doubt that the average solver has any idea what goes into creating a puzz...and the many myriad of ways we tweak to make them better, for their enjoyment, mind you. oh well...bedtime! and it will be sweet! talk to you later, N! be good
#19: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on May 13, 2014
Kurt, I gave you a 5 & 4, I believe its up there with some of Teresa's work.
#20: Jota (jota) on May 13, 2014
It's an excellent puzzle in many levels Kurt! I marked as so, but to tell you the truth I don't pay attention to the ratings, especially because this is mostly anonymous crowd.
Do them for you and the ones you know appreciate them, like me.
