It's me in deep concentration,praying I don't plug the bowl again. In all seriousness,I'm sure a lot of us have been in this position and state a few times in our lives. I know I have. The feeling of despair is not good,but we have to keep telling ourselves that tomorrow is a new day and perhaps it will bring better things with it. We just have to try and stay positive. If you have ever been in the pits, there's one way you might be able to use that bad experience to advantage.... You might be more equipped to recognize the symptoms of the next person who sinks into the pits. You might have just the right words of encouragement to brighten that person's day. At least that's how I try to turn my bad experiences into useful ones.

thanks, V....it doesn't have to be so bad. Maybe his poor Redbirds lost a nail-biter in the bottom of the 9th to the Dodgers in the Wild Card playoff....oh wait, that just happened yesterday. but you watch for anxiousness and emotion of it all. and you talk to the tv, like you have some sort of telepathy to the manager. "Steal second! or at least hit-and run!" it was a long night last, the game being in LA. sucks to see your boys fall short in the 9th at 11 30 pm my time when you had your hopes up.....as per the puzz, it was just an idea at the time that does not reflect me. hope you liked it
