After all the line logic, there is a line in column 29 with unknowns in the columns on either side. It is crossed by a bunch of 2s and there is a 1 in the row above the top of the line, and in the row below the bottom.

With only one pixel left in each row, this is a classic sign to look for smile logic. In this case it is alternating smile logic. We know this because the sum of the vertical clues is exactly equal to the number of rows.

Note that c30 has one more clue than c28. If they had the same number of clues left, then the puzzle would have multiple solutions as either column could have its first clue at the top. Since c30 has more clues, its first and last clues must be on the outside with c28's clues interspersed between them.
