It's from Robot Santa and it contains a mistletoe missile. (A missile-TOW missile; it's a pun that works better aloud, from Futurama.)
#11: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Apr 18, 2014
lol Joe. What kind of missiles does a missile-tow tow?
#12: Tom O'Connell (sensei69) on Apr 18, 2014

When you see the title WCP # followed by a number, these puzzles were for a running series of contests. The judges would pick a topic and say how large and how many colors. Then for each contest, running about a month, they would pick a winner, a runner up, and honorable mention. This particular contest was for what mice would see looking out at the world from their mouse hole. Unfortunately, with Jan's death and some problems that developed on the site we were unable to continue the contests and that's why we are having fun with the challenges that replace the contests. You can have a lot of fun browsing the winners of the contests by going to the Honors section on the menu on the left of the screen.

You know, I pretty much guessed what the WCPs were, but I don't think I ever looked into them. So given that, things make sense now!

I suppose we can search for WCP and define a starting and ending date/puzzle number to get every single WCP for a certain week. It's always neat to see such a high number for WCPs ... reminds us there's so much to look at if we want to go down a rabbit hole.

Andrew - Click on "Honors" on the left for more info.
#23: Jota (jota) on Mar 25, 2022
Yes Andrew, at the Honors tab you'll have all the WCP.

I'd love to see the contests come back again!
#27: Norma Dee (norm0908) on Mar 26, 2022
The contest were so much fun. Even when you knew you didn't stand a chance against so many expert puzzle makers, you still entered just for the fun. Often more than once. I loved seeing all the variations on the same subject.

It could still be done in a way. It wouldn't have to be a constest. Just have someone throw out an idea with size and color restrictions.
#28: Jota (jota) on Mar 27, 2022
Once again, I'm willing to do it, but we'll need another "judge".
#29: Valerie Mates (valerie) on Mar 28, 2022
Any volunteers to be a judge with Jota? Getting the contests going again would be so cool!
#30: Jota (jota) on Mar 28, 2022
How about you Val?
#31: Valerie Mates (valerie) on Mar 29, 2022
Hm. I think the site is stronger when there are more volunteers in more roles, so I'd be glad to see someone else do it. But if nobody comes forward, I'd be willing.
#32: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on Mar 20, 2024
This conversation sounds familiar ;)
#33: David Bouldin (dbouldin) on Mar 20, 2024
oops...dupe :P
#34: Valerie Mates (valerie) on Mar 21, 2024
It really does! We still need volunteers to choose the themes, but, other than that, the new plan is happening! I'm willing to pick the first few themes, to get it started.
#35: Valerie Mates (valerie) on Mar 21, 2024
Also: Could someone explain this puzzle to me? I have massively missed the clue.
