Great puzzle! We played a lot of hide and go seek, which you can do in a small town with older homes where everybody knew everybody and didn't mind kids running through their yards to find a place to hide.

Great image Kurt,we played a lot of army too. We use to throw balls of dirt as grenades. We also played a lot of hide and go seek,and tag your it,Norma. I remember my mom coming out and playing stick ball in the street with us too. My mom also had us in bowling leagues when we were young. I continued to bowl in adult leagues with my mom,right up until the time I was married,then my wife bowled with us too.:)

balls of dirt? I thought it'd be monkey dung ;) oh, wait! you didn't grow up on the island, that came later....

yeah, lots of army....lots of sports....and Atari games were the hot new thing. a lil different twist on it, but I loved playing "hide and go seek in the dark", or "flashlight tag" as some called it. fun fun!

nice entry...in the winter we would wait at a stop sign for the cars to stop in the snow. Then sneak behind and hold on to the bumper and get a sleigh like ride.
